Box 1600, Woodland Hills, California 91365, with the Guarantee Certificate that accompanied the item. Include $7.50 per item, to cover cost of handling, return postage, and insurance.
Replacement will include a new Guarantee Certificate. This guarantee covers all costume jewelry of up to and including $49.95 retail value. This guarantee does not cover any 10K, 14K gold, genuine diamond, sterling silver, or cubic zirconia.

Our Fine Jewelry is guaranteed to be as described. If not completely satisfied, return merchandise within five days

make sure the problem is not simply dead batteries (not covered by the guarantees). We will repair at no charge the mechanism of any watch purchased from us which proves defective within 2 years of' purchase date.Simply return the watch postage prepaid to Customer Satisfaction, P.O. Box 1600, Woodland Hills , California 91365, with the Guarantee Certificate that accompanied the watch. Include $5.00 per item, to cover cost of handling, return postage and insurance.
This guarantee does not cover watches subjected to unauthorized repair, modification,or abuse. This guarantee does not cover broken crystals or worn watch bands. To replace either, remit an additional $2.50 for crystal, or leather or plastic watch band with your Certificate. To replace metal, special decorative or jeweled ladies'watch bands, write Customer Satisfaction for a price quote. This guarantee does not cover analog quartz watches. This guarantee does not cover watches that have their own Manufacturer's Guarantee and service center locations included with each watch.
#6 One-Year Limited Quartz Analog Watch Guarantee
Your quartz analog watch movement is guaranteed for 1 year from the date purchased against any failures due to defective materials or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced, provided the watch has not been abused or subjected to unauthorized repair or modification.
To have your watch repaired under this guarantee, simply return the watch with $7.50 per item, to cover handling, return postage and insurance, along with the Guarantee Certificate to: Customer Satisfaction P.O. Box 1600, Woodland Hills, California 91365.
To replace bands or crystals that are broken or worn, remit an additional $2.50 each with your Guarantee Certificate. To replace metal, special decorative or jeweled ladies' watch bands write Customer Satisfaction for a price quote. #7 One-Year Mechanical or Quartz Wall Clock Guarantee
We will repair, at no charge, the mechanism and actual movement of a wall clock if it proves defective within 1 year of purchase date. Simply return the wall clock, postage prepaid and insured to: Customer Satisfaction, P.O. Box 1600, Woodland Hills, California, 91365, with the Guarantee Certificate that accompanied the wall clock. Include $12.50 per item, to cover cost of handling, return postage and insurance. This guarantee does not cover any glass or wood facings, nor wall clocks subjected to unauthorized repair, modification or abuse.

Your Cubic Zirconia costume jewelry is guaranteed for 3 years from purchase date provided the CZ stone is not missing. Simply return the item, postage prepaid and insured, with the Guarantee Certificate and your check or money order for $5.00 per item, to cover handling and return insured postage to Customer Satisfaction, P.O. Substitutions Your 35mm camera is warranted to be free from original defects in workmanship and materials for 1 year from purchase date.
Note: This warranty does not cover any damage that might be caused by abuse or improper use. Your camera will be repaired or replaced. Claims for damage vary with UPS, Parcel Post, and truck lines. When a shipment is delivered to you by any carrier, you are requested to sign a receipt. Before signing, inspect all cartons. Be sure you receive the number of cartons you are signing for. Inspect each box for signs of damage such as crushed, torn, open, unseamed tape, etc.
If you do find outward damage, sign the receipt with the words "Exception--Damage" in the margin if no other space is available. If your carrier is United Parcel Service (UPS):
1. Call your local UPS office. Report the damage and request an inspection.
2. UPS will arrange for an inspection or advise you of further steps to take.
DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE TO Mark Shop.
Inspection must be made on your permises. Returning items voids any possibility of an adjustment.
3. Email Mark Shop providing us with the invoice number, number of boxes received and a description of the damage involved. This information will enable us to file a claim report with UPS.
4. UPS will contact Mark Shop within 10 to 20 working days advising us of the results of your claim.
5. Mark Shop will notify you of the results. Your feedback is appreciated as it will be help us to determine if you want a refund or replacement.
Hidden Damage - UPS Shipment:
If you should receive a shipment delivered by UPS that shows no visible damage but upon inspection discover damage due to evident rough handling by UPS, call your local UPS office and request an inspector. Do not destroy the packing or boxes until after the inspection. Call Mark
Shop and report the damage, so we will be able to help you. UPS will notify Mark Shop of the inspection results, then Mark Shop will contact you for resolution of the issue.
If you have a retail account with Mark Shop and your drop-ship customer reports damage, have your customer call UPS for an inspection. Do not have your customer send the cartons to you, as this will invalidate your insurance with the carrier. Contact Mark Shop, give us your drop-ship customer's name and address.
UPS will notify Mark Shop with the results of the claim, then we will reship to your customer, or credit your account.
